Learn how to handle the storms of life. Christians should depend upon the Word of God to see them through times of trouble just like airplane pilots rely upon their instruments in bad weather.

The average Christian can fare well until the storms of life envelope him and the winds of trouble blow him off course. The Christian requires extensive training in Scripture for survival. Intensive saturation training in the Bible will prepare him to ignore his senses and feelings and to live boldly and confidently by the Word.

Other than the Bible, I’ve never read a more practical teaching book that covers so many of life’s circumstances with “Bible backed” answers. Subjects such as trouble, discouragement, direction, marriage, parenthood, sickness, finances, growing older, bad news and death can be dealt with skillfully when we have developed a father/son fellowship with our God.
